DO88 Performance Intercooler/Pipe Kit

To Fit: Petrol turbo models, with intercooler pipe connection at top of intercooler.

• 740 1985-1991 *not suitable for models with BOV outlet or sensor on pipe
• 940 1991 petrol turbo models both with or without air conditioning
• 940 1992-1998 without air conditioning fitted.

High performance upgrade intercooler and turbo pipe kit with top corner turbo pipe connection position.

2. – Air Flow at 0,15bar / 2,18psi Pressure Drop: 405CFM (286CFM), do88 42% higher!

Fits cars as described with Template Modifications:   The OEM intercooler rubber supports in both the top and bottom bracket needs to be trimmed slightly   Because of the Increased thickness. do88 performance intercooler are an all aluminium construction with CAD Designed, flow optimized cast end tanks and optimized core design (60mm thick) to Achieve best possible cooling efficiency combined with lowest possible pressure drop. Pipe dimension: 2,5" (Turbo – Intercooler) / 2,75" (Intercooler – Throttle)

Choice of silicone hose colours available, and throttle body hose can be supplied as standard 63mm, or 76mm for those upgrading to a 3 inch throttle body.
