An in-house designed performance intercooler from do88 for an easy drop-in-fitment in your VAG 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen4!

• Greater core volume: 15811cm3 (9056cm3), 75% larger!
• Larger active cooling area , 2774 cm2 vs 2587 cm2, 7 % bigger!
• Air flow at 0,15bar/2,18psi pressure drop: 462 CFM (353 CFM), 31 % higher!
• Peak powergain of +12hp and peak torque gain of +14 Nm! Measured on VW Golf GTI Clubsport Edition 45 2021 with stock software.
• Lower post intercooler air temperature at same conditions: 23°C (35°C), 12°C lower!

This intercooler is constructed to deliver the best cooling efficiency possible during extreme conditions. Exclusively manufactured in aluminium with continuous welds, it guarantees reliability and endurance when you really need it. The increased core volume improves cooling efficiency and lowers the intake air temperature. Naturally, this being a do88 performance product, we have carried out thorough, stringent and continuous tests whilst developing this product to ensure the best performance. No compromise has been made. This intercooler is totally optimised to the given space for an easy drop-in-fitment.

The 75 % increased core volume is an achievement we are very proud of. It’s a remarkable difference. Perceivable, to say the least. The engine pulls better all over the revs and withstands repeated full throttle runs without building heat. The perception of an intercooler being something to upgrade only after a major engine tune is false, yet widely spread amongst customers and car people. During hot Swedish summer days, at repeated pulls, inspired driving or even at ordinary driving in a hotter climate area, it doesn’t take much effort from the engine to generate dangerously high inlet temperatures even on a standard, non-tuned, car. The cooling capacity with an OEM-intercooler is in many cases inferior, which will affect the usable power output. The heat has to be eliminated, or else the promised output will be decreased as you start to give throttle. With our intercooler you can rest assured the power is there, at all times.

This product comes with everything necessary for easy installation. Bolts, washers and mounting instructions are of course included.
