DO88 Cross-Flow/X Flow Turbo Intercooler

To Fit: Saab 9-3 all T7 4 cylinder Turbo and Viggen models (Trionic 7 – B205, B235). 

DO88's latest design performance crossflow intercooler.

Significant advantages with the do88 performance Intercooler compared to the OEM Intercooler: 

• Core Volume: 10397cm³ (4675cm³) do88 is 222% larger! 
• Air Flow at 0,15bar/2,18psi pressure drop: 325CFM (267CFM) do88 is 22% higher! 
• Equivalent to Saab part number 4729521 (ref only)

This particular model of Intercooler is known as a Cross-Flow / X-flow Intercooler. Which means it is an Intercooler which has the inlet on one side and the outlet on the opposite side. Cars with Garret T25 Turbo do not have the Cross-Flow Intercooler originally installed, they are fitted with an Intercooler with the inlet and outlet on the same side.

To install this Intercooler on cars that do not have the Cross-Flow originally fitted you also need to replace the original Intercooler Hoses, these can be found here.

Note: If you are fitting this on the NG900 not only will you need the Intercooler Hoses as stated above but you must also have the Saab 9-3 Bumper as this Intercooler is too large to fit with the standard 900 Bumper.
